Happy Cow Engineering provides residential engineering guidance, design support, planning services, and renovation-focused consulting. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, plans, visual concepts, and project documents produced by Happy Cow Engineering remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, usage and transfer rights follow the signed project agreement.

Revisions and Changes

Revisions included in a project scope are outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or changes requested beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. We will communicate any additional costs before proceeding.

Limitation of Liability

Happy Cow Engineering provides planning, design-support, and engineering-related consulting as described in the agreed project scope. Final permit approvals, contractor execution, and jurisdiction-specific compliance decisions remain subject to the applicable reviewing authorities and project professionals.
